Chicken Teriyaki is the most popular chicken recipe and originated from Japan. The crispy skinless chicken thighs stir-fried and swimming in a stunning flavoured home made teriyaki sauce. A pinch of garlic provides a twist on a conventional Japanese Teriyaki Chicken recipe and makes it definitely addictive!

Chicken Teriyaki Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kl chicken breast
  • 5 table spoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon soya sauce
  • Spring Onions
  • Butter

Cooking Procedure:

  1. Marinade the chicken breast in 30 minutes with honey, soy sauce and pepper. 
  2. In a pan add a little oil seared the chicken breast wait until brownish in color.
  3. Add the marinated sauce and just a little bit of water wait until the sauce thicken.
  4. Add butter, spring onions and sesame seeds is optional.
  5. Serve hot with rice.
