Nilasing na Hipon, literally translated as “drunken shrimp”, is a Filipino appetizer in which shrimp is sautéed and simmered in beer or wine until much of the liquid has been reduced. Though this is the traditional way of cooking it, but in this recipe the shrimps are seasoned, rolled in flour and deep fried until golden brown and crispy.
