Pineapple Fried Rice – We love it when we have left over rice in the morning. That means we can always make fried rice. One of my favorite ways to cook fried rice is this recipe. It’s super delicious and nutritious.
Pineapple Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1tsp chopped onions
- 3 pcs leftover longganisa
- 7 cups leftover rice
- 1/4 cup green bell peppers
- 1/4 cup red bell peppers
- 1/2 tsp shallots
- 1 scrambled egg
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
1. Saute the onions and garlic. Saute the onions first because garlic burns faster.
2. Add the longganisa.
3. Add the leftover rice.
4. Add soy sauce.
5. Add salt and pepper.
6. Add the crushed pineapple.
7. Add the green and red bell peppers
8. Add shallots.
9. Add the scrambled egg and continue stirring while cooking.
