Sour Cream Pork Chops – This is one of our favorite recipes. It’s easy, fast and has a gourmet taste. A creamy, full-flavored sauce pairs beautifully with the tender pork chops.

Sour Cream Pork Chops Recipe


  • 9 Pork chop , cut into 1/2 inch thick (Cover with Flour)
  • 2 bayleaf
  • 9 cloves , minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 pint Sour Cream

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Dredge pork chops with seasoned flour and stick a clove on each.
  2. Brown lightly in a little fat and place in an oven proof dish. 
  3. Combine water, bayleaf , vinegar, and sugar and cook along with the pork.
