Sour Cream Pork Chops – This is one of our favorite recipes. It’s easy, fast and has a gourmet taste. A creamy, full-flavored sauce pairs beautifully with the tender pork chops.
Sour Cream Pork Chops Recipe
- 9 Pork chop , cut into 1/2 inch thick (Cover with Flour)
- 2 bayleaf
- 9 cloves , minced garlic
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 pint Sour Cream
- Dredge pork chops with seasoned flour and stick a clove on each.
- Brown lightly in a little fat and place in an oven proof dish.
- Combine water, bayleaf , vinegar, and sugar and cook along with the pork.
